Editorial policy

Access to Data is an independent project created to make official UK disability statistics easier to understand. It is not a government publication. Figures keep their source, date, area and population wherever possible.

Corrections

If a figure, label, source or explanation is wrong, please report it through the project contact route. Corrections should be logged with the date and a short description.

Update log

4 October 2026: separated nations from regions, added trend context, accessible chart tables and CSV downloads, chart sharing, clearer impairment wording, data freshness and uncertainty notes, focused topic pages, and editorial transparency.
